These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the pso777 platform. Please read this document carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By using pso777, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses set out herein.

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of Indonesia to register and use pso777. Age verification is mandatory. pso777 strictly prohibits underage gambling and will close accounts found to be in violation.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended and all associated balances forfeited. Account credentials must not be shared with or transferred to any other individual.

Bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, money laundering, and any attempt to manipulate platform outcomes are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context expressly requires otherwise:

3.2 One account per person. Each Member is permitted a single Account only. Operating multiple Accounts — whether simultaneously or sequentially — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being permanently suspended. Balances across duplicate Accounts may be forfeited in full.
3.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pso777 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must contact pso777 support immediately at [email protected].
3.4 KYC Verification. Before any withdrawal is processed, Members must complete KYC verification. This involves submitting a clear copy of a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as a national ID card — KTP — or passport) and, where requested, proof of residential address dated within 90 days. pso777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.
3.5 Account information must be kept current. You are responsible for updating your contact details promptly if they change. pso777 is not liable for failed communications resulting from outdated Member information.
4.1 All financial transactions on pso777 are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No foreign currency conversion is offered or applied by pso777.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the pso777 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. There is no maximum daily withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts in good standing, subject to available balance.
4.4 Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for BCA and major e-wallets during WIB business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following business day. Processing times for BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and CIMB Niaga may extend up to 3 business hours during peak periods.
4.5 pso777 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which pso777 accepts no responsibility.
4.6 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. pso777 reserves the right to return any deposit it reasonably suspects to have been made fraudulently or by a third party, and to suspend the associated Account pending investigation.
5.1 pso777 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free-bet promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in their respective promotional communications, in addition to these general Bonus Terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum 10x (ten times) wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount received. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
5.3 Wagering requirements must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after this period will be automatically forfeited without notice.
5.4 Eligible Wagers. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

Evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
6.1 All bets and wagers placed on pso777 are final once confirmed. Members are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all selections, stake amounts, and odds before confirming a wager. pso777 will not accept requests to void confirmed bets except in cases of a proven technical error attributable solely to the Platform.
6.2 pso777 reserves the right to void any wager, or to withhold or recover any winnings, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in error, in collusion, or as a result of exploiting a system fault, software error, or pricing anomaly.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, pso777's records and the applicable game provider's records shall be the definitive reference. The decision of pso777's compliance team is final in all such disputes.
6.4 Live (in-play) betting odds are subject to rapid fluctuation. pso777 cannot guarantee that a quoted price will remain available for the duration of the bet placement process. If odds change materially between selection and confirmation, Members will be notified and may accept or decline the revised price.
6.5 All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. pso777 does not manipulate game outcomes and all published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures represent the theoretical long-term statistical average, not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.
7.1 pso777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes player welfare seriously. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible via the Account settings panel, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
7.2 Members may request a self-exclusion of any duration by contacting pso777 support at [email protected]. 8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pso777 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all funds:

9.1 All content on the pso777 Platform — including but not limited to brand name, logo, interface design, written content, graphics, and software — is the proprietary intellectual property of pso777 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit copying, reproducing, republishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any Platform content without the prior written consent of pso777.

10.4 pso777 is not liable for service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, internet outages, force majeure events, actions of third-party providers, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
11.1 pso777 collects, stores, and processes Member personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to pso777 processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.
11.3 pso777 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions. We do not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory or law enforcement bodies where legally required.
12.1 pso777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct prejudicial to the Platform's integrity.
12.2 Members may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to completed KYC verification. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
12.3 Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pso777 reserves the right to retain any balance as partial compensation for losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach. This does not limit any other legal remedies available to pso777.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pso777 is incorporated and holds its international gaming license.
13.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Member and pso777 shall be subject to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.
13.3 Nothing in this clause prevents pso777 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court in any jurisdiction in relation to matters concerning intellectual property, fraud, or breach of confidentiality.
14.1 pso777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the registered email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Clause 12.
14.3 The version number and last-updated date displayed at the top of this page always reflect the currently operative version of these Terms. We recommend Members review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.
